Terms & ConditionsGeneral1. Uni Asia Tours will not be responsible or become liable in contract or tort for any injury, damage, accident, loss, delay or irregularities that may caused to any travel agent or customer or their property. 2. It is the responsibility of the user to verify that all reservation details are complete and correct. Uni Asia Tours will not be responsible for any loss or delay or third party claims (including any cancellation fees) caused by any incorrect or incomplete details as per your request in your reservations. 3. We shall be in no way guarantee the quality or any aspect of the services chosen by you. 4. Hotels are classified as 5 stars, 4 stars, 3 stars, 2 stars and 1 star. The classification is provided to us by the supplier of the hotel and we endeavor to validate the authenticity of this information. We cannot be held responsible for wrong and inaccurate information provided to us. Images, descriptions and a list of amenities/facilities are also provided and this information is obtained from the supplier of the hotel. 5. All the information including pictures, designs, logos, text, audio, videos contained within this website is copy write protected. All copying, reproducing, improper use, or disclosing of information is strictly prohibited. 6. Access to this website shall imply the acceptance of the terms & conditions by the Agent; this will be an irrevocable acceptance to the conditions laid down in this website. 7. Once the Access codes, username and password are given to the agents, it is the agentˇ¦s responsibility to safeguard them. 8. It is the duty of the agent to notify us on the termination/resignation of an employee of the organization so that the account of the terminated/resigned employee be inactive.
Reservation9. The hotel rates are Nett inclusive of taxes, non-commissionable and service charges, unless it is specified in the remarks. 10. The room rate quoted is on per room per night basis, and it may be as include breakfast or Room Only. 11. Booking must be made minimum 01 working days before date of check-in. 12. All requests to hotels, such as non-smoking, adjoining rooms, late check out, will be under request and subject to hotel approval and availability. 13. Prepayment reservations will only be confirmed when we received your full payment. 14. The number of guest on the booking must equate to the room type. (e.g.: Single ˇV 1 guest, Double ˇV 2 guests, Triple ˇV 3 guests, Quad ˇV 4 guests. Extra beds for adults and children can also be requested but is up to the hotels availability. For any booking with number of guest exceed the room capacity, we are not liable for any penalty imposed by the hotel. 15. Most hotels permit a maximum of 2 adults and 1 child less than 12 years of age to share a room with or without an extra bed. 16. The check in voucher and payment receipt with booking details can be printed from the system upon we received the full payment. 17. The check in and check-out time is subject to the hotelˇ¦s own policy. Hotel reserves the right to charge for periods when the room is occupied outside their normal check-in and check-out time. The guest is responsible to understand and agree to hotelˇ¦s own policies on the check-in and check out time. Uni Asia Tours will not be liable from any claims in relation to it. 18. The agent shall bear full responsibility in an event the customer acts abnormally or displays antisocial behavior. The service provider reserves the right to immediately cancel the customer stay and the agent will be charged for any amounts arising for the delinquent behavior of the customer. ˇ@ No Show19. One night room rate charge will be applied for no show. 20. Full cancellation charge will be applied during super peak season unless specify in the REMARKS. ˇ@ Amendment & Cancellation21. All requests for extension stay or addition of rooms are subject to the hotelˇ¦s availability and confirmation. 22. If notification of cancellation is received 8 days prior to check in date, there will be no cancellation charge, unless specified in the REMARKS. 23. One room night charge will be imposed if the booking is cancelled within 3 days before check-in date, unless specified in the Remarks. 24. In contradiction between the remarks and this term and condition, the remarks will has over-riding power. 25. Amendments and cancellations can be made without any cancellation charges prior to the cancellation deal. ˇ@ Liability26. The descriptions of hotels contained on our website are provided to us by suppliers in good faith. We do not check or validate the information and we do not accept any liability or any loss resulted on relying on these the hotel descriptions or details. ˇ@ Right of waiver27. All terms and conditions are subject to change by Uni Asia Tours without prior notice. 28. The purchase of the services will indicate the acceptance of the traveler with full knowledge and consent to adhere to the conditions herein stated. Law and Jurisdiction29. This contract and any matters arising from it shall be subject to law and exclusive jurisdiction of Hong Kong. ˇ@ Refund30. Refund requests will only be processed if received in writing within 30 days from the date the travel component was to be provided. 31. Refund requests for partially utilized services will not be processed unless we received written proof from the service provider that the guest has not utilized all the services in full as specified on our final confirmation and that a refund will apply to the un-utilized services. 32. Refund requests for fully un-utilized services will be processed once we receive the written requests. Refunds are subject to receiving confirmation from our supplier. The refundable amount provided by the supplier is final including cases when no refund is applicable. 33. We require a period of 21 days to process any refund requests. No claims would be entertained after a refund is processed.
Payment 34. We accept the payment in the form of cash and bank transfer. Complaints35. All complaints should be lodged immediately with the service provider and also lodge with us, who will earnestly endeavor to resolve or clarify such complaints without any liability. 36. Failure to immediately report the complaints to the service provider and to us, we reserves the right to reject the complaint. ˇ@ |
